Principles of Peer Review

  1. Principle of Impartiality: Article reviews must be conducted without bias, based solely on the content and quality of the work.
  2. Principle of Confidentiality: All information reviewed, including drafts and feedback, must remain confidential unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Principle of Constructive Feedback: Reviews should provide scientific, targeted, and constructive comments aimed at improving the work.
  4. Principle of Timeliness: Article reviews should be completed within the specified timeframe to ensure the workflow and schedule of the international journal are maintained.
  5. Principle of Transparency: The peer review process should be clear to all parties, with criteria and expectations communicated in advance.

Submission Process

  • Authors submit their manuscripts for review.
  • Manuscripts must comply with all submission guidelines and formatting requirements.
  • If an author’s manuscript is currently under review or in the process of publication, they may not submit another manuscript to the journal until the current one has been published.

Reviewer Expertise: The Editor-in-Chief and managing editors assign reviewers based on their expertise and availability. Efforts are made to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Review Process: Reviewers evaluate manuscripts according to pre-established criteria, such as accuracy, relevance, originality, and adherence to guidelines, and provide their comments in writing using notes.

Feedback and Revisions: Feedback should include specific observations, strengths, and areas requiring improvement. Authors are allowed to respond to comments and make necessary revisions within a specified timeframe.

Final Decision: After revisions, the final version of the manuscript is reevaluated to ensure that reviewer comments have been addressed. Approval or further actions are communicated transparently by the Editor-in-Chief and managing editors.
