Open Access Policy for Articles in the Balkh University International Journal

Objective: This policy outlines the principles and guidelines to ensure that all articles published in the Balkh University International Journal are easily accessible. This means that readers and registered users can read and download the articles without restrictions. By adopting an Open Access model, the goal is to enable our audience to search for and access the content they need without barriers, thereby positively impacting scientific research and promoting the dissemination of knowledge at Balkh University.

Scope (Domain): This policy applies to all articles and supplementary materials published in the Balkh University International Journal.

Principles of the Open Access Policy

  • Open Access Model: The Balkh University International Journal operates under an Open Access model, ensuring that all published content is available online without any subscription fees or financial barriers.
  • Licensing: The journal operates under the license of the Research, Authorship, and Translation Authority of the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Immediate Access: Articles are made accessible to the audience immediately upon publication through the official website of the Balkh University International Journal.
  • Copyright Preservation: Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting publication and distribution rights exclusively to the journal.

Submission and Publication
